01. Initiating a Claim
If our extraction options fail to support your specific metabolic goals, you are allowed to request a total refund inside 60 days from the receipt point. To run this action, contact our consumer service branch via the technical support panel or through listed mail points.
02. Eligibility Criteria
Requests for transaction return must be completed within a fixed 60-day calendar period from purchasing.
Buyers must send back all original supplement boxes, whether empty or packed, directly to our inventory center.
Be aware that shipping expenses and fulfillment rates from the default purchase are separate and excluded from the total balance.
All completed transactions will be forwarded back to the original financial card processed inside the system checkout.
03. Settlement Window
As soon as our warehouse staff accepts your return package, we will process your credit instantly. Following your local bank's mechanical rules, it usually takes around 5 to 10 working days for the transaction update to show inside your balance sheet.
